PAYMENT METHODS
We only use the fastest and safest forms of online payment.
Our payment options are Paypal and Stripe (online credit card) through which we accept

No surcharges apply to any payments.
In addition, we offer

SHIPPING POLICY
We like it simple here at Nutra Nourished:
- FLAT STANDARD SHIPPING FEE of AUD8.5 for all orders UNDER AUD70 in Australia, New Zealand and US.
- FREE STANDARD SHIPPING for orders over AUD75 in Australia, New Zealand and the USA.
- Yes - FREE DOMESTIC STANDARD SHIPPING FOR AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND AND USA on orders over AUD70.
Express shipping and shipping to other countries are as per the website and the couriers shipping rate.

Our couriers are currently experiencing delivery delays due to a high volume of parcels in their network, along with new safety measures to protect their people and customers. Further to this, delays are also occurring as there are fewer domestic flights, international delays, and increased volumes as more people start shopping online.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Nutra Nourished takes great pride in shipping to you in the safest and most timely option available and we work closely with Australia Post and other carriers to realise the best service possible.
It is so important to us that you receive your goods quickly and safely, so that the quality that we work so hard to achieve is maintained and you are able to enjoy your goods as soon as possible.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of being received, and arrive approximately 2 - 10 working days from dispatch depending on the address location* (see shipping table below for full details)

FREIGHTERS
We use mainly Australia Post for domestic postage and other companies like Fastway Couriers, Couriers Please and TNT as required. Australia Post is our preferred courier for most postage for outer lying and regional areas. We ALWAYS freight based on the best service in your area.
DELIVERY
We do not require signature on delivery BUT if you want signature service please advise in the notes.
IMPORTANT Should the delivery service have to leave the parcel at the door without a signature please note that all responsibilities to Nutra Nourished is waived.
If you then would like to your parcel left if you are not home – please see the 'Authority to Leave' section below. If the delivery address is unattended or someone is unable to sign for the parcel, a calling card will be left (generally in the post box or under the front door) with instructions for you to have your parcel redelivered or to collect your parcel from your nearest authorised centre.
IMPORTANT Nutra Nourished asks can you please inspect the parcel before signing with the courier. Should any damage have occurred in transit do not accept delivery of a parcel.
AUTHORITY TO LEAVE PARCELS
If you would like your parcel left unattended at the time of delivery please make a note in the ‘leave us a note’ section at checkout.
CURRENCY
All prices are listed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless you change to USD or EUR.
FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING FOR AUSTRALIA (from our AU warehouse) AND USA (from our US warehouse).
Other INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is not available, please email us for specific enquiries.
RETURNS AND RETURNS POLICY
We will happily accept the return of any product which is damaged or does not match the description of what you ordered. Nutra Nourished asks can you please inspect the parcel before signing with the courier should any damage have occurred in transit. Should any damage have occurred Nutra Nourished must be contacted via email info@nutranourished.com within 48 hours of receiving your goods and provided with photo evidence for verification.
You will be issued a return address of where to send your goods, and they must be received back within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date, in the condition they originally arrived in, to be eligible for either a replacement or a full refund of the purchase price less freight costs. Please note that every effort is taken to ensure that we pack your order as safely as possible – but damage does occur from time to time – especially in the transit of glass items.
Thank you for your patience and co-operation in the event of a breakage or error with your parcel. We will work together to get the goodness you deserve to you as soon as possible.
Once the product is opened, we do not refund the purchase price if you simply change your mind. We advise that we make our products in a sample size of most of the range so that you can try the product before you purchase a full tub. We hope that helps to enjoy our deliciousness with confidence.
We also accept change of mind returns within 30 (thirty) days, but you have to pay for the return postage. Send an email to info@nutranourished.com to arrange the return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@nutranourished.com and send your item to Nutra Nourished at 313/52 Currumbin Creek Rd, Currumbin Waters 4223, Australia.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to Nutra Nourished at 313/52 Currumbin Creek Rd, Currumbin Waters 4223, Australia.
Unless the product arrived damaged, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if Nutra Nourished paid for the return shipping.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
